Users retain the right to appeal moderation decisions, with the exception of cases involving Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), human trafficking, or failures in age verification procedures.

  1. Acknowledgment of receipt within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours
  2. Comprehensive review of all submitted documentation and evidence
  3. Initiation of internal investigation procedures where warranted
  4. Consultation with involved parties when deemed necessary
  5. Formulation of an impartial determination based on available evidence
  6. Communication of final resolution to the complainant

The creation, distribution, possession, or solicitation of child sexual abuse material results in immediate permanent termination and mandatory reporting to law enforcement authorities.

ENFORCEMENT ACTION FRAMEWORK

APPEALS AND REVIEW PROCESS

POLICY MODIFICATIONS AND UPDATES

This policy is subject to periodic review and modification. Material changes will be communicated through email notification and in-application alerts. Unless immediate implementation is required for safety or legal compliance, modifications become effective fourteen (14) days following publication.
