    2. Utilized Credits - Exceptional Circumstances Only: We generally do NOT provide refunds for utilized Credits. Rare exceptions may include:
      1. Unauthorized Transactions:
        • Your payment method was utilized without proper authorization
        • Reported within thirty (30) calendar days of discovery
        • Supporting evidence provided (police report, financial statements)
        • Full cooperation with our investigation
      2. Fraudulent Activity by Another User:
        • Another user engaged in demonstrable fraudulent conduct
        • Reported within thirty (30) calendar days

      3. Technical Malfunctions:
        • Credits were erroneously deducted due to technical error
        • Services were not delivered due to system failure

    3. Refund Limitations:
      • Maximum of five (5) refund requests per account lifetime
      • Promotional or bonus Credits are categorically non-refundable
      • No refunds for users who violated our Terms of Service
